Door to Door Service

Covers: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Newcastle, Albury, Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast

We are unable to use Door to Door service for regional areas, SA, WA, NT, TAS. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order. We may postpone your order during extreme weather or provide a full refund.

At this stage, we are not able to ship to WA, TAS and NT. Please collect your order at the Airport on the day of arrival. Orders will be shipped via Virgin Airlines Cargo. We will provide an AWB (Air Way Bill) on the day of shipping. Please use this link to track your AWB.

We offer Live Arrival Guarantee for (**Conditions Apply). In the unlikely event that your coral does not survive the transport process please do the following to start the claims process:   

• Contact us within the same calendar day of picking up the coral.

• Provide one or more clear photos of the coral within the original unopened bag or container.

• Include detailed description of the state of the coral and your details, address and order number.

Once the case has been accessed we will issue you with store credit to the equivalent of the product excluding freight fees.

Please note we reserve the right to void the guarantee if the following conditions are not met

• Buyer is responsible to track the shipment

• Buyer must be present to receive shipment or must be able to pick up from the airport promptly.

• In the unlikely event of Dead on Arrival (DOA) buyer MUST contact us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence. Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the claim is not made within the same calendar day.

• Clear photos or videos are not provided and in the unopened container.

• Buyer does not provide the correct information.

• Aquaristic will issue store credit or replacement corals; however, the customer is responsible for the freight charges.
