Conditions:

  • Heavy or large bulky items may incur additional shipping charge.
  • For heavy or bulky items, please contact us through the Chat button on the bottom right hand corner of our website and let us know what you would like to purchase and your post code and we will give you a quote on shipping. Alternatively, please proceed with the purchase and we will contact you to request additional payment once we calculate the actual shipping charges. We are happy to provide a full refund should you do not with to proceed with the purchase. 
  • Regional areas may incur an additional shipping charge.
  • Items marked "Pick Up Only" cannot be shipped.

Conditions:

  • Minimum order $150
  • Does not apply to livestock
  • Does not apply on bulky (over 1 meter in length) or heavy (over 20kg in weight). Additional charges will apply on bulky or heavy items. Please contact us for quote if your order is likely to exceed 20kg.
  • Does not apply to Pick Up Only items such as fish tank and cabinet.
  • Does not apply to regional areas.

CORALS (Livestock)

Live All Live Coral Orders are shipped on Tuesdays via Virgin Cargo or StarTrack Express. For parcels up to 5kg we can send via courier however there's no Dead on Arrival guarantee.

Door to Door (Courier Service) via StarTrack Express.

$35 for Sydney Metro Area (SYD - SYD)

$45 for NSW Zone (SYD - NSW)

$55 for Major City Zone (SYD - BRS, MEL, ADL)

For Sydney Metro Area only next day delivery guaranteed. For areas outside those defined and for remote areas please contact us for more details.  

We may refuse shipment / order if your location is too remote and the risk is too high for the corals.

Airport to Airport Service via Virgin Cargo. (LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE)

$55 for 5kg Box

$85 for 20kg Box

We will notify you by phone for advice on the shipment Air Way Bill.

Shipping to remote airports may incur additional costs.

We offer Live Arrival Guarantee for (**Conditions Apply). In the unlikely event that your coral does not survive the transport process please do the following to start the claims process:   

  • Contact us within the same calendar day of picking up the coral.
  • Provide one or more clear photos of the coral within the original unopened bag or container.
  • Include detailed description of the state of the coral and your details, address and order number.

Once the case has been accessed we will issue you with store credit to the equivalent of the product excluding freight fees.

Please note we reserve the right to void the guarantee if the following conditions are not met

**Conditions:

  • Buyer is responsible to track the shipment
  • Buyer must be present to receive shipment or must be able to pick up from the airport promptly.
  • In the unlikely event of Dead on Arrival (DOA) buyer MUST contact us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence. Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the claim is not made within the same calendar day.
  • Clear photos or videos are not provided and in the unopened container.
  • Buyer does not provide the correct information.
  • Aquaristic will issue Store Credit or replacement corals however customer is responsible for the freight charges.

 

 

Freshwater Plants (Livestock)

Plants are shipped via Australia Post Express. Please select Express Shipping upon check out. We cannot ship to WA and TAS at this stage. You can combine Non Livestock with Live Plants together.
