Price Match Policy 

Found a better price on something we stock? Let us know—we’re always happy to try and match it!

Just send us an email or message via Chatbox below with a link or screenshot of the competitor’s price, and we’ll take a look.

What We Need

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • A link to the product page or a clear screenshot showing the price

  • Enough detail so we can confirm it’s the exact same item

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

To be eligible for a price match:

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, size, etc.)

  • The item must be in stock both with us and the competitor

  • The listing must be current and active

  • The total price must include shipping costs

  • The price must include GST

When We Can’t Match Prices

We’d love to match everything, but there are a few situations where we can’t:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products discounted due to damaged packaging

  • Auction listings (like eBay auctions)

  • Grey/parallel imports

  • Prices that rely on coupon or promo codes

  • Livestock (including plants, fish, invertebrates, and corals)

We review each request individually and will always do our best to help where we can. While we can’t guarantee a match every time, we’ll make sure to give you a fair and honest answer.
