CADE products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturers defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by usage such as scratches and chips to glass consequent to normal wear and tear.

All freight is insured and we take every precaution with packaging and handling to ensure that your delivery is transported with the greatest of care from our factory to your doorstep.

Aquariums are quality checked prior to dispatch. Upon receipt of delivery you are requested to open the boxes and check the contents to ensure no damage has occured in transit prior to signing for receipt of delivery.  If in the unlikely event you receive a damaged Aquarium we will replace it at no cost to you.  

To omit any risk of damage and to receive personalized service we encourage all customers purchase their CADE Aquarium through one of our participating dealers. 

Aquaristic Customer Delivery / Pick Up Option:

DROPSHIP

We offer drop shipping from our supplier to you. Additional fee might incur if the delivery fee is substantially higher than the delivery cost to our warehouse / retail store.  Drop shipping is done by standard courier who delivers to your driveway / front yard of your property. The courier driver will not carry the fish tank into your house. Courier company will generally give notice a day before and you will be given a window of delivery (not an exact time and date). Should you miss the delivery, you are liable for a re-delivery fee.

Aquariums are quality checked prior to dispatch. Upon receipt of delivery, you are requested to open the boxes and check the contents to ensure no damage has occurred in transit prior to signing for receipt of delivery. We are not able to process the warranty should the damage is reported after the delivery is complete.

PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY

We use Lux Moves for all our tank delivery. All freight is insured by Lux Moves. Lux Moves will deliver your fish tank into your house and position it on top of your cabinet and remove the rubbish. Plumbing installation and feet levelling can be arranged. For quote, please contact Lux Moves directly or provide us with your address and we can get the quote for you. STORE PICK UP

We can arrange for store pick up from our warehouse. We can assist lifting the aquarium into your car.
