Sagittaria subulata ‘Dwarf’ is a hardy, grass-like aquarium plant perfect for beginners looking to create a lush underwater carpet effect. Its slender green leaves spread naturally through runners, forming dense patches that enhance any aquascape. This easy-care plant thrives under moderate to high lighting and in nutrient-rich substrates, making it suitable for both low-tech and CO₂-supplemented tanks.
To keep it healthy, maintain stable water conditions between 20–27°C and a pH of 6.0–8.0. Providing iron-rich fertilizers will help prevent yellowing leaves and promote vibrant green growth.
