Aquaforest Hybrid Pro Salt 5kg

The Most Advanced Reef Salt for Demanding Marine Aquariums

Aquaforest Hybrid Pro Salt is the most advanced reef salt designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding reef aquariums. This unique hybrid formula combines the chemically pure precision of laboratory-grade salt with the richness of natural sea salt flakes sourced from the cleanest waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.

Innovative Hybrid Formula

Years of research and real reef sampling (Egypt, Kenya, Indonesia, Fiji) inspired this salt’s development. It bridges the gap between natural seawater systems and artificial reef environments by offering a stable, consistent mix that supports optimal coral health.

  • Contains micro and macro elements, amino acids, and vitamin C

  • Enriched with probiotic bacteria to reduce nitrate and phosphate

  • Enhances SPS coloration, fluorescence, and coral growth

  • Provides predictable parameters and coral-friendly stability

  • Each batch is lab-tested using ICP-OES spectrometry

Why Choose Hybrid Pro Salt?

  • Made from chemically pure lab-grade salt + natural salt flakes

  • Boosts coral immunity, metabolism, and skeletal formation

  • Ensures optimal levels of strontium, iodine, and other key elements

  • Safe and consistent—test results available online for full transparency

  • Tested 3x per 600kg batch with dual spectrometers

How to Mix Aquaforest Hybrid Pro Salt

  1. Use RODI water at approx. 75°F (24°C)

  2. Add 390g (13.75 oz.) per 10L (2.7 US gal) for 33 ppt salinity

  3. Stir for ~15 minutes until clear

  4. Verify salinity before use

  5. Use within 3 days of mixing. Store in a tightly sealed container

Note: Recheck salinity before use if stored for several days. Store the dry salt in a cool, dry, dark place.

Usage Tips

  • Maintain dKH between 7.5–8.5 for optimal probiotic performance

  • For new tanks, introduce fish or corals only after 10–14 days

  • Salinity impacts trace element levels – monitor accordingly
