LCA Macro Mix provides the primary macronutrients—Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K)—essential for healthy plant growth in freshwater and planted aquariums. This concentrated liquid fertiliser can be used alone or combined with LCA Micro Mix for optimal results, supplying everything your plants need to thrive.

Ideal for Low to High Light Tanks

LCA Macro Mix is suitable for all planted aquariums, from low-tech setups to high-light, CO2-injected tanks. Full 3x per week dosing ensures plants receive adequate macro nutrients for strong, lush growth.

Easy Dosing Instructions

• Standard dosage: 1 pump (2ml) per 100L, 3x per week with 50% weekly water change

• High light + CO2 tanks: 3 pumps per 100L, 3x per week (maximum)

• Low light tanks: 1–2 pumps per 100L, 1–2 times per week

• Shake well before use

Warning: 3 pumps per 100L is the maximum. Do not overdose.

Nutrient Output per 100L (Advanced Users)

• Nitrate (NO3): 7.50ppm

• Phosphate (PO4): 1.30ppm

• Potassium (K): 5.27ppm

Target Ranges in ppm:

• Nitrate: 7.5–30

• Phosphate: 2.5–6

• Potassium: 7.5–30

• Iron: 0.5–1.5 (use Micro Mix for Iron supplementation)

Recognising Deficiencies

• Nitrogen: Smaller, lighter-colored new leaves. Maintain NO3 at 20–30ppm for healthy growth.

• Phosphorus: Yellowing of older leaves; high light tanks may require supplementation to avoid deficiency.

• Potassium: Yellow leaf edges, small holes; safe to dose liberally as excess is non-toxic.
