Botanicals Kurrajong Pods – 7 Pieces
Brachychiton gregorii, commonly known as the Kurrajong, is a resilient, water-storing tree native to Australia. Found across varied habitats — from coastal regions to arid inland areas of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland — this unique tree produces distinctive seed pods that make a beautiful, functional addition to aquariums and terrariums.
Kurrajong pods come in two primary forms: the Western and Central Desert variety, with wider, bird-like shapes, and the more common Eastern/Queensland type, noted for its elegant, boat-like pod shape. The pods provide natural hiding places for small fish and shrimp while releasing subtle tannins to enrich water conditions.
