Christmas Moss displays dark green, round to oval shaped leaves on compact fronds. Each frond has many side shoots which help create nicely triangular frond shapes. Growth is typically very compact and tidy in appearance.

Christmas Moss is an excellent choice for bonsai features, focal points on hardscapes and is perfectly placed in the foreground of your aquarium.

It is an undemanding moss which will grow under low to medium lighting and does not require CO2. Under medium to high intensity lighting, growth will be more compact and the triangular fronds will be more apparent than in low light systems.

Temperature should be below 25° for best growth form.
