FAQ:

Is it normal that Solution #2 has a larger drop?

Yes. While the dropper tips are identical, Solution #2 has a thicker viscosity, making its drops appear larger.

How do I clean the test tube?

Rinse with water immediately after testing. Avoid soap, as residue may harm your fish. Use a small bottle brush and API Safe & Easy spray for deep cleaning.

Can I get replacement test tubes?

Yes. Spare test tubes are available from various online aquarium retailers.

How should I shake the tube?

Shake the reagent bottles vigorously, but shake the test tube gently by inverting it back and forth. Make sure the cap is secure before shaking.
