Usage Guidelines

• Reactor Setup: Place EcoBak in a fluidized bio-pellet media reactor with ~100gph flow per litre of pellets. Ensure a gentle tumble (not aggressive).

• Skimmer Integration: Direct reactor output into the protein skimmer intake chamber for maximum export.

• Maturation: Expect a 3–4 week colonization period before nutrient reduction begins.

Tips for Best Results:

• Start with ⅓ of the recommended dose, increasing weekly until full dosage is reached.

• For high-nutrient tanks (Nitrate 40+ ppm, Phosphate 2+ ppm), begin with ¼ dose.

• Always ensure a properly rated protein skimmer and adequate tank circulation.

• Replace EcoBak gradually as it is consumed by bacteria.
