Terms & Conditions (Livestock)

All livestock orders shall be treated as an offer made by the buyer to purchase a specific livestock item. The seller, Aquaristic Online, reserve the right not to accept the order should the livestock be deemed not fit for transport. In the event that the livestock is not fit for shipping, we will contact the buyer promptly and provide options for the buyer to get a full refund, wait until the livestock is fit for transport or offer a replacement with similar livestock.

 Aquaristic Online reserve the right to refuse sale if the buyer lives in a State where the livestock is declared to be noxious or illegal by the State Law.

 Please note that some livestock are for STORE PICK UP ONLY at our address: 206 Princess Highway, Arncliffe, NSW 2205.

 Aquaristic Online will endeavor to pack and handle our livestock with care and send the order in a timely manner. However please note that sometimes, livestock may appear slightly different to the photograph in our website due to many attributing factors such as lighting, stress or living conditions.

Buyer has to be present or ready to receive the order at the intended address or to pick up at the destined airport at the agreed date and time. Upon confirming the order, Aquaristic Online shall contact buyer to arrange for the date and time of delivery or shipment. Title and risk of the livestock shall pass to the Buyer upon receiving the order. If the buyer is not present upon delivery, the live guarantee policy will be void.

The buyer is obligated to inspect the livestock immediately upon receiving and shall notify us within the same day of delivery if the Livestock arrived damaged / dead. In the event that the livestock arrived dead, the buyer has to provide photographic evidence while the livestock is still in sealed in the bag with our tags on it. Failure to do so will result in any warranty to be void.

Freight delays or shipping damages are beyond Aquaristic Online’s control however Freight Company may still cover the buyer provided that the buyer notify courier of the damaged box.

Please choose carefully as once the livestock order has been dispatched, Aquaristic Online will not accept returns even for walk in customers.
